Betanzo Family - Baytown, Tx

The Betanzo family was referred to us by a previous client that we worked with and viewed our work through them. The family initially contacted us to receive a quote on a swimming pool and patio cover to add into a small backyard. During this stage, we had to take into consideration the easement lines listed on the home survey as it is within city regulations to not surpass easement lines. The Betanzo Family contacted Harris County to hopefully exempt the easement lines and was gladly granted the exemption. Once granted Leo and the homeowner both worked on completing the design to the families liking that did not take up her whole backyard but a small pool that is enjoyable for summertime fun. When receiving approvals our guys then got started with the work of a new construction pool with a patio cover that was attached along to the residence. The project consisted of a pool only measuring 24’x12’, steps leading into the pool, 1 bubbler on the top step, raised walls with 2 columns and 3 scuppers, The far end of the pool includes a raised wall that is pushed back to have a lounging area, 2 pool lights that change colors, Plaster quartz scapes-Tahoe blue. As for the patio cover, we also obtained permits due to having too attach it onto the residence which also included 4 lights
