From the first time we met, I knew Everest Pools, would be our pool builder. Leo, was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and he answered ALL my questions without hesitation. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. That same evening, Leo sent us an amazing video made with his pool design software, gave us our quote. We decided to proceed with everything. COVID hit the Houston area really bad, but Leo made sure he remained in communication with us, we had not been forgotten. During this time, we went to several show rooms to choose coping, tile and stone. November 18th, was excavation date and let me tell you, his crews from start to finish were AMAZING!!!! They made sure everything was perfect, as Leo likes it! From the excavation crew, Gunite, plaster, electrical, plumbing , cement, coping, tile, spray deck, carpenters (we extended our patio and added a patio cover), landscaping, and clean up crew EVERY single crew was beyond professional, friendly and very attentive of every detail. We had zero mess in our backyard as other people have said they have had a mud fest during the process. Not us, Leo made sure our backyard remained clean during the entire process!! We had zero issues! Within a month we had our pool built!! 😍🙏🏼 Every day except for Sundays, we had a crew at our home! Leo would be at our home making sure everything was perfect! I thought I was picky, but Leo definitely takes the torch! He made sure every piece of glass tile was straight! 😅 Leo then had “Pool School” with us and went over everything! Again, he ALWAYS answered all our questions!! Believe me, I had TONS! Not once did he not reply or answer my calls. He communicates AMAZINGLY! I had read horrific Pool builder stories in several FB pool groups, so we were worried. If you choose Everest Pools, I guarantee you, that will not be an issue! Our process from start to finish was professional, perfect and smooth! I recommend Everest Pools to anyone seeking a pool builder! His prices are very reasonable!
