The Martinez family came across us via social media and contacted us to receive a remodeling quote hoping to give their back yard a new look. Leo then took all the ideas into consideration when creating a design which we don’t normally do but in this case, it was definitely needed. Once viewing the 3-d design the homeowners had a better vision as to how everything would tie in together perfectly and decided to move forward with the project. As no permits were needed, we had our guys start on the project as soon as we could. The project consisted of new waterline tile, coping, and addition of a spa, the spa included a spa spill way, jets In the spa, 2 pool lights and 1 spa light changes color, raised wall, 2 columns on the raised wall, 1 scupper, 2 fire bowls/ water fountains sitting on the columns, pool heater and new pool equipment, spray deck around the outside of the pool, fire pit, and landscaping package. As for the new patio cover there was also an outdoor kitchen, kitchen appliances, raised bar, lights underneath the patio cover, big fireplace and area to mount tv.
